Terms of Service & EULA

Welcome to Padelistico ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the Padelistico mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android and any related services.

By registering an account, signing in, or using the App, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, sign in, or use the App.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

Padelistico is a sports and community platform built on respect and fair play. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting any content (including posts, photos, videos, comments, profile information, or direct messages) that:

• Harassment & Bullying — stalks, intimidates, threatens, bullies, or harasses any individual or group
• Hate Speech & Discrimination — promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Nudity & Sexually Explicit Material — contains pornography, sexually explicit imagery, or non-consensual sexual content
• Violence & Illegal Acts — depicts graphic violence, self-harm, illegal activities, gambling, or regulated goods
• Spam, Scams & Impersonation — distributes unsolicited commercial spam, phishing links, fraudulent match invitations, or impersonates another player or organization
• Intellectual Property Infringement — violates the copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party

Any violation of this zero-tolerance policy will result in immediate removal of the offending content and permanent suspension or termination of the responsible user's account without prior notice.

2. User-Generated Content Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

To ensure a safe environment for all players, Padelistico provides built-in safety tools across all user-generated content features:

• Reporting / Flagging Content — You can report any objectionable post, comment, direct message, or user profile directly inside the App using the options menu ("...") and selecting Report.
• Blocking Abusive Users — You can block any user at any time from their post, profile, or chat. Blocking a user immediately removes their posts and comments from your feed, prevents them from sending you direct messages, removes mutual follow connections, and automatically notifies our moderation team.
• 24-Hour Moderation Commitment — Our moderation team reviews all flagged content and block reports promptly. Confirmed objectionable content will be removed and abusive users will be ejected/suspended within 24 hours of a report being submitted.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to create an account and use Padelistico.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile setup.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have full control over your account and may permanently delete your account at any time:

• In-App Deletion (Immediate) — Open the Padelistico App, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm deletion. Your personal profile data, credentials, posts, comments, and social connections will be permanently deleted and anonymized immediately.
• Web Request — If you no longer have the App installed, you may also initiate deletion via our Delete Account web page.

5. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Padelistico grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your non-commercial use.

While you retain ownership of the content you post on Padelistico, by posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

6. Padel Matches, Challenges & Assumption of Risk

Padelistico facilitates connections between players for physical padel matches, challenges, and tournaments. You acknowledge that padel is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of personal injury or property damage. You participate in any match, challenge, or event arranged through the App entirely at your own risk. Padelistico does not supervise venues or verify the physical fitness of participants.

7. Apple App Store Supplemental Terms

If you accessed or downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are concluded between you and Padelistico only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Padelistico, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
